6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAILLY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. MAILLY’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Token Usage & Expiry

Purchased tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused tokens will automatically expire 90 days after their last recorded use. All terms, pricing, and token policies are subject to change without prior notice. Token consumption includes both the input prompt and the AI-generated response.

* The free daily tokens reset every 24 hours and do not accumulate — any unused portion is forfeited at the end of the day. The maximum daily allocation for free usage is capped at tokens.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MAILLY at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we deem it necessary to protect our systems or users. We may also terminate or suspend your access for prolonged inactivity or to comply with legal obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
